Hotel La More at The Bisbee Inn

It was quaint.

I was able to walk down on the main streets in one minute. Alot of nice businesses and friendly people.

Nothing.

On our first night the fire alarm went on at 1:30am. We ran down stairs to alert the front desk. Not staffed at night. Husband tried turning off, no chair in room to step on, no phone. Left the next morning, even though we paid for two days. Would not recommend.

Charming antique boutique hotel with a lot of character. I loved that there was morning coffee brewing in the little kitchen and a note that said not to worry about "cleaning your dishes, you're on vacation" - a sweet touch :)

Because the building is old, there's a lot of "creaking" (floors/doors) which can be a bit challenging when you're trying to sleep. Alot of the bars in town are across the street so there's noise from the cars/people. Our room was on the street side so maybe the rooms toward the back experience less street noise.

We have been traveling around the US extensively for the last 3 years and this is our favorite hotel. It excedes on the 3 C's: character, comfort and cost. Loved the overall experience. We felt immersed in the history of Bisbee. Plus the beds were super comfortable. The rooms cleverly and uniquely decorated. Excellent wifi, great location. But the shared spaces and the friendly conversations in the kitchen and living room reminded me of my long ago youth hosteling (but much more comfortable). Super place, hightly recommended.

The bed was super soft; the acoustics: a lot of noise from other rooms and the common area to the point where the hotel left several sets of earplugs on the nightstand!

Great in town location. Quiet rooms.

Our only disappointment was that the cat ghost did not visit:)

Location of hotel to downtown was great. Shower was great! Good communication.

We were NOT TOLD that there’s free parking at the bottom of the hill, we talked to them about being unable to find parking in our truck and “their lot” was full. We had to pay $13 to park. If you’re at all disabled or cannot walk comfortably UPHILL this isn’t the place for you.
