Hotel La More at The Bisbee Inn

Great weekend stay in a cool town. The front office went out of their way to be helpful. The room was fine and very clean Will return.

The staff,especially the front desk, was excellent.

Great value, location and history

I liked Hotel La More so much on my first visit that I booked a second stay. The hotel is eclectic, charming, welcoming, and staff are stellar in their kindness and efforts to make everyone feel welcome. There is coffee and tea in the communal kitchen, fridge available to store foods, a microwave and induction cooktop, and dishes and cutlery. I really enjoy the delightful Asian themed dining and sitting area. Each room is unique, so be sure to read the descriptions of each prior to booking. Located adjacent to Brewery Gulch, and plenty of eateries in town which is entirely walkable. In fact, I did the Bisbee 1000 stair challenge (again), and the Copper Queen Mine tour on my prior visit. My two visits have been quiet, and since streets are very narrow requiring careful driving, there isn't much traffic noise at all.

Very relaxed and comfortable stay. The beds were especially comfortable. The video collection might be updated , though , or a TV installed in the common room . People working were friendly.

Lucy, the concierge, is very friendly and helpful. The people make the place in most cases and she did not disappoint! The decor is impeccably curated, a baseline of fin de siécle with a smattering of kitsch, orientalist, and cheerful non-sequitur. Rooms are period perfect with modern ensuite bath. Great beds and sheets/pillows. There’s a bit a of a hostel vibe here, leading to all kinds of conversation in the common areas. Free coffee in the morning and kitchen access. Overlooks Brewery Gulch, but surprisingly not too noisy. If you’re the type of person attracted to a place like Bisbee, you’ll find this place an excellent value. I’m told there’s a ghost cat that prowls the halls. I didn’t find it, but I can’t find 2 pairs of my socks either. Coincidence?

Wonderful experience. The hotel is delightfully quirky, thoroughly charming. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was small but comfortable and full of character. The bathroom was spotless. There is a huge common area in the hotel with full kitchen, dining area, and sitting room. We even had a ghost tour come through while we were sitting there! Didn't see any ghosts, though, unfortunately. I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else next time we're in Bisbee.
