Mình để quên số tiền lớn trong két khách sạn và liên hệ được các bạn nhân viên hỗ trợ niêm phong và trao trả lại số tiền cho mình , rất tinh tế và chuyên nghiệp , xin cám ơn tập thể resort

Đồ ăn sáng ăn ok nhưng bữa tối phục vụ chậm , gà ăn không được bị bỡ và khô như gà đông lạnh

- Nhân viên ko đồng phục tiếp khách như nhà nghỉ - khách đông nhân viên ít, làm nhiều mệt nên ko cười hay tiếp đón khách - dịch vụ phòng tệ - hồ bơi nhỏ, khách đông vị trí khách sạn ko thuận lợi,

The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the bedrooms were amazing. I would personally like to thank all of the restaurant staff. Not only was the food consistently excellent throughout our stay, but every team member was genuinely kind, welcoming, and attentive. The rooms were spotless and very well maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team for their outstanding hospitality.

There were several mistakes and misleading pieces of information provided by the reception staff (lady). We booked a room for four people, but upon arrival it became clear that the room was too small for our family. The situation was handled poorly, and we were asked to pay additional charges, which was both unexpected and frustrating. Later on hotel manager upgraded room to bigger for at least last night. Thank to Jo for fast actions. Second, we received incorrect information regarding our meal plan, which caused confusion during our stay.

Well maintained after all these years. The area outside the compound is a public beach + lack of good restaurant. One across is over prices for basic food but not much choices expect for a few eateries which are not very clean looking. So food choices is very limited.
