"The hotel s outstanding but we ll not use the excursions desk , lesson learned."

The location,the beautiful hotel,the cleanliness,the staffs except staff from excursions ( bad Huyền and Lập,we nearly miss our transfer back home!,have to be on our own at the last minute 😡) Show out to Jo/Châu the food manager,very professional.
