The little extras of tea/coffee etc were great and the communication with the owners was also amazing, extremely easy instructions for access on arrival. Would highly recommend and will definitely book again.

It was a really clean room full of amenities. It was really good for a 12 day stay for me. I could cook and I could study. Kitchenware was available and more than enough. Hosts were available all the time to help and answer my questions.

However, the pillows were so uncomfortable. If you care about that bring your own pillow. The voices from other rooms are so vivid that you sometimes feel like other people are in your room.

It was clean and tidy. Had everything we needed and was close enough for central Blackpool

NOTHING COULD not find the place easily. Called 7 times the call center each time each person took all details from the beginning and said will call back and never did. Disgusting staff. One hour we stood on the road and finally we had to find ourselves.

great clean accommodation, close to local attraction on central pier. nice grand well kept, clean entrance hall. (I would stay again but only if the bed was replaced for a fixed one as it was unbearable to sleep on)

the main bed was a fold away bed, which I'm not entirely sure why, when space for a proper bed? meaning it was extremely small, obviously had no tape measure but felt more like a 3/4 than double. it even sounded at one point in the middle of the night like a guest in the upstairs apartment had fallen out of bed. took a while to navigate where the bedding was for the sofa bed as not left available or explained where it was. lots of messages from owners explaining things which is really helpful but could have been a welcome pack in the apartment, or sent in one message / email some of the facilities were looking a little worn out, broken scissor handles etc ecolab dispensers really spoilt the aesthetics room was too hot, and not able to turn off heater. the local streets this is situated in are pretty run down and not nice to be walking through, particularly at night due to obvious substance users. We had to use a car park as no street parking was available and the road to this (football car park) was particularly bad.
