MYThere was no lift available, and I had to carry a large and heavy piece of luggage up to the third floor. The shower water was not hot enough, making it uncomfortable to bathe, especially at night when the temperature was cold. The mattress was too firm and uncomfortable, which resulted in poor sleep quality.
