Kaiden front desk host Angel and McKenzie in the Cafe All three were AMAZING Kaiden, was legit giving me advice on where to eat and the suggested restaurants did not disappoint. Kenzi, had amazing customer service and was at times singlehandedly holding the café down even with big crowds!! Angle, this young man was cleaning the gym TOP to bottom. As a manager my self is know how hard it is to have a team go over and beyond EVEN when no one is watching. You have an amazing staff and the hotel was very nice. I hope it's where we continue to have conferences. Please share with your staff. -Aaron

Beautiful hotel, very comfortable, staff was awesome! The amenities were amazing!

The first night we checked in the handle on the shower broke; it was 10 pm so we let it go, we had family also staying at the hotel so we showered in their room. They fixed it first thing in the morning, but....we had no hot water, and had a wedding rehearsal to go to, so we showered again in our family's room the next day. It was fixed by the time we got back at 11 pm, but that meant one day with no showers if we had not had the family option. I expected to be comped in some way, but it didn't happen. Maybe I should have asked or pushed for it, but I thought it should have been offered
