The location is simply perfect—right on a wide, sandy beach with breathtaking views of the sea and mountains. Direkt beim Check in habe ich den Chef kennengelernt Ioannis tsagarakis,der sehr sympathisch und freundlich uns empfangen hat.das Hotel war sehr sauber und jeden Tag wurde uns frische Handtücher gebracht und das Bett frisch Bezogen,wir hatten die Ehre die Mutter vom Chef und das Personal kennenzulernen was auch sehr freundlich wahr.das Zimmer hatte ein Riesen Balkon mit ein wunderschönen Blick zum Strand,das Meer war ohne zu übertreiben direkt nach dem Pool vor unseren Füßen,wir danken uns herzlich für so ein schönen Urlaub an alle und vor allem an unseren Freund John…thank you johny See You again und bleib gesund

I stayed here for a week in summer 2025 and had a wonderful experience. The room had beautiful panoramic sea views, and the beach was just a minute’s walk away. The staff were always kind and welcoming, and having parking at the hotel was very convenient since we rented a car. It’s also only a 5-minute drive from the center of Heraklion, which made it easy to explore. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back on my next trip to Crete!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt im Hotel Tsagarakis! Besonders begeistert waren wir vom traumhaften Meeresblick, den wir jeden Tag genießen konnten. Das Zimmer war sauber und gepflegt, die Handtücher wurden regelmäßig gewechselt und das gesamte Ambiente war sehr einladend. Auch die Lage direkt am Strand ist perfekt. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt!

The owner of the property and all the staff were amazing, very professional and helpful. The place was near the beach, very clean and suitable to people who need peace and quiet. Easy access to the city centre and airport, one only need to walk five minutes and get onto a bus. We like as well the supermarket and restaurants nearby.
