Location! Metro entrance was 20 meters from front door. View from 4th floor were great too

There was nowhere to hang a hand towel in the powder room and barely any hanging space in shower room. Also, the tiled floor appeared to be clean but the soles of our feet and socks indicated otherwise.

Aparté,ent très bien organisé, l’accès au personnel est un plus, ils sont très serviables, et généreux dans leurs informations autant avant l’arrivée que pendant. Ils sont disponibles 24 h sur 24. L’appartement très propre, bien équipé, le lit le plus confortable de notre voyage. Bien situé, nous pouvons tout visiter à pied et situé en face du mercado de Bilbao. Quartien très tranquille le soir et la nuit, donc aucun bruit. Fortement recommandé.

Location was great, right across the famous Bolhao market. The property was very clean and spacious.

It would help to have a washing machine.

Spacious and comfortable, our host went out of her way to take us through all the things we could do during our visit.

Fake bird sounds from the market were a bit irritating

The experience was excellent. There was absolutely nothing to complain about.
