Vétusté et mauvais entretien de l hotel. Certainement pas un 3 étoiles

Location is handy, rooms felt spacious. Helpful in ordering tours at a good price

Photos on website are a glow up from the reality. Grab didn’t have the hotel listed when trying to arrive from the airport. Pool stairs were slippery

Schön gelegenes Resort mit eigenem Pool und rustikalem Ambiente. Die Mitarbeiter vor Ort sind super freundlich und versuchen einem jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist völlig ausreichend und es ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Und hat es hier sehr gut gefallen und wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen

Das Resort ist schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Hier und da müsste in den Außenanlagen mal wieder etwas renoviert/ repariert werden.

Basic room (you could do a bit better for the same price) and no hot water at all in the morning or evening.

Alles ist in die Jahre gekommen. Das Zimmer ist halb offen, da ein Türspalt besteht, durch das Mücken super ins Zimmer gelangen - es gibt kein Netz über dem Bett. Das Bad ist Outdoor - eigentlich eine coole Idee aber es ist alles extrem ranzig. Kakerlaken und Gekos sagen sich gute Nacht im Bad. Extrem unhygienisches Bad - hier will man seine Hygieneartikel nicht abstellen. Personal ist nett :) wir haben nicht gefrühstückt.

The breakfast buffet was perfect every day with amazing coffee, fresh fruit, and great noodles. The room was spacious, and you really get a good workout hiking up to it. The view from our room, located at the top of the hill, was also a nice reward, as it offered a glimpse of the sea in the distance. Also, the pool, pool table, and ping pong table kept my child entertained for hours. The wifi was good, and the AC was strong.

The bed and pillows were not very comfortable. The bathroom did not have a proper screen on the window (also there wasn't any glass), so many bugs would come into the bathroom.

Great value for money in Phu Quoc. Location is quiet and slightly tucked away from the main road but still close to the beach , restaurants and shops. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. The pools are a big plus. Breakfast was good and tasty though not very varied. The rooms are bungalow type and are rustic, a bit basic and simple design but they were clean and comfortable. Bathrooms are semi outdoor and some insects and little animals could be visible but they are manageable.

The reception was very helpful, but the hotel urgently needs cleaning and maintenance.

It was a terrible experience, nothing like the photos. The bathroom was completely open, the room was incredibly dirty, and remember you're not alone in the room, so remember to check the toilet at all times.
