La ubicación y lo que nos dejaron de cortesía en la habitación, agua, proseco y dulces, lo que le da un plus. Es agradable y acogedor. Buena calefacción si vas en invierno.

Mejoraría la limpieza y el orden de la cocina que es un espacio común.

Hotel has a roof where you can sit and have a tea or coffee, a communal kitchen. Staff is great and speaking Russian, which is appreciated.

Upper rooms may suffer from noises if someone is on the roof, but that was the only major inconvinience.

Все отлично, было очень тепло. Удобные спальные места. На первом этаже расположена кухня и стиральные машины (15евро стоимость постирать). Номер удобные и на троих человек просторный. Девчонки адмистраторы помогали с любыми вопросами, спасибо им.

Great location close to a old town entrance, centrally located inside the old town. Beautiful sea view from one of the suites and very spacious rooms. Service was great providing good restaurant recommendations, the welcome prosecco small bottle and farewell gift. We had a great time, thank you.

Bear in mind there is located in the old town so you would need to walk with your suitcases and also carry them up, we had one room in the last floor and one in the first. Even though this is expected considering is located in old town buildings.

Antika is an absolutely lovely place to stay right in the Old Town of Kotor. It has all the old-town vibes, the cobble stones, the tiny narrow quaint street, a couple of small bars and eateries around, an old church. The exterior is old and polished, but the inside, although they managed to keep the old town house vibe, all the facilities are clean and modern. There's a fully equipped kitchen you can use, and the room was spacious, beautifully designed and had everything. The bed was veeery comfortable, the shower new and large, all the amenities, including toiletries and everything for tea and coffee. My particular complements to the staff, who were extremely welcoming and nice, providing every answer we needed. When I reserved a room a year ahead, by accident, the front desk manager Daria contacted me in advance to make sure I didn't make a mistake. I did, and she was kind enough to offer how to settle it with another room even though it was Christmas time. The location is absolutely TOP. Just keep in mind that there's a church very close by and they do love their bells ringing. The room was quiet, warm, fresh air, but close to everything. We had a great stay all in all.
