La demande de changement de chambre avec vue sur un containers bleu sympa le voyage en Finlande et mensonges du manager disant que tout était occupé car des chambres était disponible

O alojamento nunca ficava muito quente com o aquecimento que estava a 20 graus , sendo que estavam -27 na rua , pedimos para alterar e não nos foi possível. Afirmando a funcionária que estava ótimo . A internet era péssima e a maior parte das vezes falhava.

-Allgemeiner Zustand der Unterkunft ist top -Küche hat alles was man benötigt -Taps für Geschirrspüler vorhanden -Abwaschmittel vorhanden -Sauna in Tip Top Zustand

-Frühstück kann zu dem Preis inkludiert sein -mehrere fremde Haare im Bett -Whirlpool hat sehr viel Chlor -Thermostat reagiert nicht auf Temperaturerhöhung (in 5 Tagen Erhöhung um max. 1 Grad auf 20 Grad) -Geschirrspüler hat nicht funktioniert, pumpt Wasser an, hat aber nicht funktioniert, musste Abwaschen

"All in all we had a great time in Pyhä"

We stayed there for a couple of days in September. Very comfortable and clean appartment with an own Sauna inside. Friendly personal. I took a bike tour to Luosto with a rented e-bike from the shop right in the hotel. Had a great time!

We had one of the appartments near the ski lift. The bright neon lights of the bar burnig all the night, really annoyed us. Switching them off in the night would be so easy.
