"Home from home"

The property was absolutely perfect. A group of 13 girls and we couldn’t have asked for more. It’s spacious, comfortable, clean and central to Bath. Walking distance to everywhere. Would definitely recommend this to anyone. I had a couple of questions before going and the communication was prompt from the owner. Thank you!

Very spacious living areas and bedrooms. Location is excellent for city centre.

Being a group of 8 girls we were disappointed to learn there was only 3 bathrooms (+ downstairs loo) when it was advertised as 5 bedrooms. When I mentioned this the staff seemed indifferent to this and blamed booking.com. Also one of the bedrooms had no blind, I mentioned this on arrival and someone popped over promptly but she was unable to fix it but covered the window in towels temporarily and said someone would come by on Sat. No one came by in Sat, but luckily one of the party said she sleeps with the blind open anyway so it worked out she had that room. But for some that could've meant a very early alarm!

Location was perfect

Overall cleanliness and tired decor, light fittings missing, smell of damp in some rooms, downstairs toilet seat loose and hot tap didn’t work and was loose, broken blinds and no welcome pack

"Lovely stay in the centre of Bath - would happily stay here again"

Wonderful location in the centre of Bath. very spacious and well equipped townhouse with lovely views from lots of the bedrooms. Although very central it was quiet despite being a Saturday night.

Only small issue was arrival with the key code. The door didn't open, but as the hosts are round the corner at the Harrington Hotel, we just walked round to ask and a member of staff came back with us. There seemed to be a knack to opening the door, that it needed to be pulled towards you, worked fine once you knew, but the member of staff said he would report it and they would be getting it fixed anyway
