I wish my stay was longer because I so enjoyed it! Felt luxurious yet so cozy and comfortable and quiet. Felt like a 5 star place to me! The girls at the reception were so nice and friendly. The breakfast was nicely laid out every morning. Last but not least the location of the hotel was perfect because it is in the center and a short walk to the squares: Guerrero, Zenea and Armas. Highly highly recommend this place!

Absolutely adorable boutique hotel about 2 blocks off main plaza but so nice and quiet and very safe behind heavy gates. Lovely light pink and white modern decor and very Instagramable! As solo female traveler, I felt completely safe 4 nights and had the large king with balcony. Bed was comfortable, nice sheets and fluffy pillows! Cutest coffee shop next door and convenient eateries close by. Definitely would stay again and recommend to others!

"A gusto pero algo caro"

El servicio excepcional y la habitación cómoda y silenciosa. El costo se me hizo alto ya que el establecimiento no cuenta con estacionamiento y este se paga a parte en un estacionamiento local que tiene convenio con Oxa, queda a cuadra y media caminando. No ofrecen desayuno pero si yogurth, fruta y café en la mañana.

Buena atención y ubicación, sin embargo la habitación muy pequeña y no tiene estacionamiento; el hotel, que es una casa habilitada como hotel, tiene convenio con un estacionamiento público a 300 metros, tiene costo y con horario de servicio de 7 am a 11 pm, por lo que fuera de ese horario no puedes entrar o salir.

"Nice boutique hotel"

Lovely boutique hotel. Very comfortable and above the rest for safety as had card access to hotel , 24 hr desk service , and keypad access to room. Rain shower which was nice surprise , comfortable mattress , and very nice at a reasonable price. My third time to Queretaro and this was best boutique hotel so far. I would definitely recommend.

This area is very nice, quiet, safe & local. The staff here has been very pleasant & helpful. We even got to know one of them personally which was unexpected, & looked forward to our visits with her personally!
