Avoca Inn

The staff was wonderful! They were very friendly, and provided me with all the right information! I did like the diner menu! A lot of variety, varying from fastfood to healthy vegetables. Besides, the location is very good (near the beach)

I didn't really like the hygiene in the room, quite a lot of dust. Also, the fact that there were a lot of construction noises made it not a very nice experience. In my opinion, the breakfast was not good.. I arrived quite late, but there was only some apple slices and bread left.

The staff is very friendly and very available for any need. The bedroom was comfortable and clean.

Clean and comfort

Very bad time management for the Airport transfer, also we have book a room with spa discount but the spa service is under renovation.

The room was nice, spacious, and clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly. It was within walking distance to several shops and the beach, which was great.

Everything was fine. We will definitely stay here again. The breakfast could be better, though. There should be a sign upstairs to remind people to be quiet, late at night, and very early in the morning. We were woken by a group of people travelling to the airport at 3am. It was annoying.

We had high hopes for this hotel as it was dearer than most but we decided to splurge as it boasted a gym and a massage spa. On booking I specifically requested 2 x massage and a time and I repeated this at least two more times via bookings.com and WhatsApp directly to the hotel but they never confirmed It was not until we had arrived and paid for our room they told us the spa and gym are under renovation and unavailable which was most disappointing. The room is nice but you have to pay extra to watch TV We also paid extra for breakfast included which if you want anything but continental you must pay extra. My confirmation emails says breakfast included not continental breakfast included, furthermore, I had to ask 3 times for them to add mango juice to the dispenser and all they added was a dribble for the last of a container, I had to lean the dispenser forward to fill my small glass. A week ago we stayed at H78 a smaller room, much cheaper and much better value for money

So bad service. You need to asked 100 times . The card was lost by the staff. no one knew where she was. anyone could walk into the room and take something. breakfasts are terrible. the cheapest products you can find.The rooms said that they were all the same size, they lied. they turned out to be different

Very bad service i went with mu baby and asked for babcot they said they dont have, also for housekeeping they will ask you to leave your card while going out then you will come you will find no tootbrush or bath robe or bath accessories whatever you use they wont change or even clean so you will call they will tell you if you need ask us so you call & ask them they say ok for 2 calls and never show up, Breakfast is the worst only prossesed meat hot dog & boiled egg & boiled potato and they say its 4 star hotel , well for me this is 1 star hotel service, sure not recommended
