Breakfast was fair...eggs no good and bacon much undercooked.

Blinds operability could be improved. room A/C not good

The morning Front office staff can be more hospitable ,

Needed basic room amenities which was lacking , air conditioning was not good

The hotel is very close to the airport and not far from the main station and the centre of the city. It is also one stop on the tram from a very good shopping centre.

The lifts are separated by double doors from the reception area which makes access with luggage rather annoying. The hotel also uses ecology as an excuse not to clean and tidy the rooms daily, When on holiday, it was always expected by 3, 4 and 5 star hotels to have rooms serviced daily, e.g. make beds, change towels and restock minibars.

The staff is incredibly helpful and any small issues are sorted out very quickly.

Just the shutters that come down automatically and are very fiddly to control.
