Reception very good , very helpful, transportation card brilliant, luggage storage a bonus

Tea & coffee in room very limited & when we asked for powdered milk , ( for the tea) we were told that they would not provide it which we thought was very strange & even though we asked to buy some, the answer was the same. However , we were reluctantly provided with a small offering.
