Royal Mile Mansions by Edinburgh City Apartments

Its position on the Royal Mile was superb.

Bed was very small. Washing machine was dodgy. Hot water system in shower was antiquated.

Can’t beat the location! You walk out of the main gate and you are on the Royal Mile. Bedroom and bathroom were very clean. Considering how close it is to the main happening area of Royal Mile, the noise levels were null. Appreciate the bottle of milk in the fridge - helped with my morning coffee. Had a peaceful retreat once I walked into the apartment. Given its location, safety and noise levels - I am ok to ignore the concerns I had with kitchen cleanliness and appliances upgrade. However the owner should upgrade the appliances sometime soon , otherwise I am not sure if people would be willing to continue renting it just for the location.

Appliances are quite outdated. Although Kitchen floors and counters were updated and were kept very clean, I found residues and stains in the water kettle and also crumbs in the toaster. The kitchen utensils in the cupboard also needed some clean ups. I found a some sort of smell when I opened those. I didn’t end up using any of those but ppl who plan to use the kitchen a lot, might not be ok with it. Bathroom needs some upgrades in the shower and tap as well. There’s also very limited place in the bathroom to store toiletries- I expect a small rack somewhere close to shower where I can put my stuff.

Posizione eccezionale.

Difficoltà a capire come si utilizzasse la vasca/ doccia, non è intuitivo. Ci siamo accorti alla fine che c'era un' interruttore all' entrata con scritto shower, se non viene acceso non scende l'acqua. Poca pressione d'acqua. Tenda vasca non igienica. L'host è stato disponibile nel voler intervenire per la TV, anche se ritengo che con quei prezzi deve essere tutto ok, non potevamo rimanere in attesa che intervenisse.

Tiene una ubicación perfecta para visitar la ciudad.

A pesar de estar en el centro me pareció un poco excesivo su precio.

Un poco complicado para encontrar los encendidos de luz. Lavabo de baño un poco reducido para poner cosas La tv esta muy lenta para cambiar canales necesita renovación

La ubicación es inmejorable. Es cómodo.

El baño, la ducha es muy incómoda
