Boutique Hotel am Rathaus - Reblaus

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Innenstadtlage und liegt trotzdem sehr ruhig ohne Autoverkehr. Das Parkhaus am Rathaus bietet sich gut als PKW-Abstellplatz an. Die Betten sind super bequem. Das Frühstückbüfett hat eine gute Qualität .

Die Reinigung der Zimmer könnte besser sein. Staubablagerungen an nicht ständig benutzten Stellen und beginnende Schimmelbildung im Duschbereich.

Sehr schönes Gebäude und toll restauriert. Super Lage, nettes Personal.

Konnten das Zimmer tauschen, ohne Probleme. Letztes Mal hatten wir nämlich eine tolles Zimmer, das uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht. Direkt in der Innenstadt und preiswert.

Location was close to water area & short walk to Ulm Minster & shops, food.

Odd room set up. Bunkbeds with a sliding door for privacy, but still have to walk thru bedroom to bathroom at night. Not much privacy between each areas. Awkward glass walls & door on bathroom as you felt like everyone could see you that’s inside the room as the bottom half of glass is clear & upper is frosted so still can see silhouettes. Not enough blankets , or linens for our family & once we noticed this it was too late to ask someone for it as all staff was gone early so my son slept without anything. The window faces a back lot with junk & had a homeless person on drugs yelling from there late at night so had to have window closed with no AC. Parking was strange area by this lot & felt unsafe not secured. And then they tried to charge us afterwards for parking when the listing didn’t mention this. Safer to park somewhere else. Also, they wanted to charge us for an additional person after we booked the room online with no mention of a per person charge.
