The location is great. Very central and close to the old town. The place had everything you might need from oven, tea maker and filter coffee machine. TV was good as well and the internet had a decent speed.

The smell of the stairs was a bit strange. And the shower cleanness could improve.

The apartment was great, it was so clean and modern the location was great (only a 10/15 minute walk away from the town centre. The apartment was well kitted out with equipment and appliances which made it really easy for self catering. The host was great, my partner took unwell on the day we arrived in split and we were struggling to find somewhere to go and we contacted the host who was great and allowed us to check in a few hours early which was amazing

From the outside the apartment doesn’t look much and the WiFi was pretty slow but apart from that it was perfect

The unit is exceptional, VERY modern, comfortable, and quiet. The location is excellent, just far enough away from the very touristy sections, but still close enough to walk to. There's a bar/coffee place across the street that I frequented often. The Wi fi worked great, and the TV had HBO (3 channels) and many other stations, unlike some places where there are only 5 stations total to choose from, and most of them aren't in English. The air conditioning was excellent, too. After a little confusion regarding my entry to the unit (the cleaning lady was going to let me in, but she left), the host/owner actually arrived to let me in and show me the unit and explain everything. I REALLY appreciated that! Lastly, upon checkout I asked the host/owner if he knew where I could store my suitcase for the day. He directed me to his friend's company near the dock where I could store it for FREE for the day!! He called ahead and they were expecting me. It worked out perfectly. That gesture made my stay even more awesome. I HIGHLY recommend L&L Apartments!!!

The apartment was really good, clean and comfortable for 2 people. Amazing location: 5 min walk to the old town, but not in the buzz, so it has quiet surroundings at night. Very well equiped with all basic appliances needed for everyday life and more: air conditioning, blackout blinds on the windows, stove/oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, 2 TVs, washing machine, shower with warm water, hair dryer, iron&board. Towels and bed linen were impecable. Wifi was overall good, but unstable in some small moments. Cutlery, pans and some complimentary amenities were also included, which gave a nice touch. We were very pleased with our stay.

The air conditioning might need some filter maintenance, we were 2 people in the apartment and both had a bit of breathing problems due to the air conditioning.

Communication how to get into the property could be improved. Recommend to mesage host before coming to the place. Wi-fi connection was pretty poor

The apartment was very clean. Great location. Very modern. Extremely comfortable. Great to have a washing machine.

The location was great, clean and a good size with everything working perfectly and attentive owners.

Bed was hard so stiff backs.

The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed. Our host Mladen was available to meet us. He helped us with our tourist Questions. Perfect location to walk into the Old Town
