Central location. Size of the apartment. Ease of access with entry safe key box. Did not hear other noise in the building. Very light with lots of windows

Fantastic location just 5 mins walk from the high street via the one arch tunnel. Very well equipped in general, especially the kitchen.

The mandatory £25 insurance or £10 admin fee on a deposit should be included in the cost as you cannot stay there without paying these fees.

"Good value and great location."

Great location and the milk in the fridge, and buiscuits and wine on the dinner table, were a nice touch. Good kitchen utensils and equipment. Coffee and tea :-) ASDA right next door was very convenient.

More teatowels would have been nice (1 teatowel for 1 week for a family of 4 is not enough). Toiletries included was limited to handsoap, i.e. no soap or shampoo for shower. Thankfully ASDA is right next door. The extra hassle of security deposited and/or buying liability insurance after booking (hidden cost of 30Euro) was unwelcome.
