The construction was annoying

the location of the place is good

They need to change their furniture, it's old. Basics things were not available like toilet papers, soaps or shower gel , we struggled to park in the parking next to the gate, we even got a tyre burst trying to park😭😭and the neighbors are not freindly they are rude.

The property manager Rodney was extremely accommodating and helpful.The property is centrally located and allows for quick and easy access to variety of shops and services. Stunning views from all balconies gives the best possible experience for sunrises and sunsets however the best part by far of this property is the air conditioning , the property has multiple air conditioners making any unpleasant weather outside pure comfort on the inside .

The chairman of the residents in the complex was extremely hostile and threatened to evict me and my friends within the first 4 hours of our stay even though we followed all rules and did not break so much as a glass. He was a bully looking for a weakness to exploit but as long as you stand your ground and are within the rules he cannot do anything the chairman’s name was Michael

Place is upstairs no lifts to go there for older people, the next door neigbour was rude, the caretaker or manager told us lies with the swimming pool while cleaners said different things, building is old from outside is very dirty to be around Ballito, we had one lady who is having feet problem and she couldnt go upstairs and we will have to lift her up so all in all not user friendly at all

Location good, Nice layout, spacious, clean, Neighbor downstairs very helpful with problems

Could not get into allotted parking, damaged my car trying to get in and tyres wheel spinning in damp conditions couldn't get up the steep ramp. The gentleman downstairs gave us another parking on lower level but access almost impossible due to a resident permanently parked his bakkie opposite access in a no parking zone. The signage regarding the main verandah door a little obnoxious and we were scared to use it so used bedrooms which was invasive. only when I complained did they say we could use just the door, not the stacking section. The back 2 bedrooms are poor. bathrooms have nowhere to put any toiletries, shelving or small cupboard. Plug points for 2 bedside lights shocking. as well as for hair drying. The locked room at the back is an absolute eyesore through the glass doors. The guest in the back section where very unhappy. no aircon and plugs and on suites lacking in simple fixes. Having been given the key by hand, by the cleaner, she should have been trained to show us how to handle the front verandah door.

Every room has a bathroom. The view from the various balconies are amazing.

The oven is greasy with build up. Some appliances and utensils are old. The parking is also really steep and difficult to get in to.
