Sehr gute Lage. Die Zimmer mit Stadtblick haben einen tollen Block auf die Burg und das Plätschern der Donau auf dem Balkon ist sehr entspannend. Vom angeschlossenen Restaurant habe ich keine Geräusche gehört. Ich war 2 Nächte dort und das Zimmer wurde während des Aufenthalts nicht gereinigt. Für mich aus der Beschreibung nicht ersichtlich. Vom Personal habe ich beim Check In 5 Minuten jemand getroffen, ansonsten war die Rezeption unbesetzt zu den Zeiten, wo ich vorbeigekommen bin.

Fantastic location but pretty worn down. Mattresses are very soft and worn as well. Nobody at the reception in the early mornings and the late evenings. Needed to leave early and didn’t find anyone for check-out.

Location and view was GREAT. It is a pity that this hotel is in very poor managememt hands. Room and carpet was dirty, shower was clogged, etc. There was no hair dryer in the room and to make matters worst, I have not seen a receptionist nor any staff after I checked in till the time I checked out. I just left the room card at the recepetion when I left about 10:00am. Location was great but when we arrived about 21:00 pm, there was a concert going on in the area and we were not allowed to park the car in the nearby parking space, so we drove around till exactly 23:00 when the police opened up the parking lot. So, please check with hotel if there will be an event going on during your visit.

Der erste Eingang ist die Reception ohne Schild, vorher melden im Restaurant 2ter Zugang. Also wenn mannzu zweit ist wartet bestensfalls der eine am ersten Eingang, ist bequemer wegen dem Gepäck. Der Inhaber spricht keine Fremdsprache, ging aber irgendwie trotzdem. Zimmer sauber und schöner Blick auf die Stadt und Donau. Wir waren nur eine Nacht auf Durchreise, ob wir länger dort schön fänden ist Ansichtssache. Leider gab es dort kein Frühstück obwohl bei Buchung die Möglichkeit auf Frühstück angegeben war. Das Bett war etwas hart, also Geschmackssache. Sonst toller Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung von Bratislava. UFO Aussichtspunkt nur 850m entfernt. Parkplatz Tyrek 2 und Ein öffentlicher Parkplatz ohne Kosten (war am Abreisetag morgens voll), aber am Anreisetag war es genau richtige Zeit morgens um 9:30uhr waren einige Plätze frei. Der kostenpflichtige Parkplatz Tyrek 2 war aufgrund einer bevorstehenden Veranstaltung bis 06.5.2024 gesperrt. Empfehlenswert zum Sightseeing (meine Meinung).

If you are late to this property, it can be a challenge to get in. Thankfully, Expedia came to the rescue and someone came to help. This place was deserted! Pretty sure I was the only one there. While there were mentions of bugs and cleanliness issues in posts, I didn't notice any issues. The place was decent, but there is nobody to help if you need it and it's a walk to everything (but not that terrible). For staying on a boat, it was a neat experience, but I'd recommend staying in the city center. The stress when nobody was there for checkin and not being able to leave my bag to pickup later on checkout were things I appreciate staffed properties for. Otherwise, this place was fine.

Location was nice and that's about the only positive. There were mice in common areas, room was not clean with obvious cobwebs all over the walls and after we spent one night we realised the door didnt even lock properly so anything could have happened while we were asleep. Owner/manager completely disregarded all issues when we said we want to check out early and pointed us to hotels.com straight away with no further discussion. Only reason we managed to get the remainder of our stay that we didn't use refunded is the extremely helpful guy from hotels.com and the only nice person working for this "hotel" called Matej who we can't thank enough for his support.

Lovely boat river views are amazing. Rooms did get hot. Restaurant and bar on boat ok just a little pricey

My room was amazing, clean and comfortable.

Overall it wasnt bad but definitely needs a little work to be top notch. Pros - Views of the city Cons - attention to details of overall condition of property
