THE LOCATION IS A BIT ON THE OUTSKIRTS, FOR THE BREAKFAST IT DID NOT MEET MY EXPECTATION

IT DID NOT LIKE THE VARIETY OF THE BREAKFAST OPTIONS

Its location is very central and safe. Internet connection is very good. The hotel is very clean and new, beds comfortable.

Food menu can be improved

The manager at the hotel is very disrespectful and Rude he doesn’t value customers. I think maybe cuz he thinks his white. I pay for a room with WiFi as I’m working at nights on my laptop. I called reception to report the WiFi wasn’t working in my room. Her reply was I don’t know why. I have to roaming in my phone to work what cost me 57£ without VAT. The next day! I ask to speak to the manager who refused to come talk to me 😳😳😳 The head receptionist put me in touch with their IT guy who confirmed to me the WiFi in my room was faulty. Still then the manager didn’t even come to apologise or refund what I spent. I’m very very disappointed with united hotel I think it doesn’t deserve 4 stars.

Their service I find it very poor. They put with with WiFi when they isn’t WiFi in the room

The cleanliness, attitude of staff, intimacy, good sound insulation, location, excellent natural juices

limited number of rooms (I couldn't have a single room), the floor of the bathtub easily retained traces of my slippers.

I’ve stayed there few times. Good Hotel, I like & Staff are great, but needs some improvements: 1- Shuttle request online doesn’t work (better call way before)- they forgot me at the airport once, when I called they said it’s too late :-(. 2-I guess there’s no backup generator. Last time, none of elevators worked due to low current voltage said the front desk- tha night I had to take the stairs to the 8th floor, good jogging :D

Great big room with comfy beds and a view! Good buffet!

Public areas very cold! :)
