Carlos was very helpful and answered promptly every time we asked for suggestions or advice on what to do in Isabela. The room itself is decent size with good AC and well running hot water. They have a fidge at reception and are happy to store small items there if you need them to. They provide a laundry service and clean the room daily. We spent 7 nights here and it was great!

If it had a small fridge in the room it would have been perfect and the hot water you have to be careful with as it gets very hot but like I said, we really liked the place and would come back here.

Great location, great value, huge rooms, and incredible staff! They were super friendly and helped me with anything I needed whether it be something extra in my room or helping me plan and book tours for the day. Had a wonderful stay here definitely recommend!

Good location, very clean more than adequate.

Hard to ever find someone at the front desk if you had a question or issue. While the room was fine, if you are on the ground floor you need to keep the curtains closed all the time for privacy. Perhaps not the case if you are on an upper floor
