Pousart - Floripa

Loved everything! Host allowed us to wash clothes, beautiful antique accomodations, fully stocked kitchen for guest use. Loved host arranged Ubers since my phone Location Services could not be turned on, which is necessary for apps.

The host Cida was very friendly and made a great effort to ensure that I was comfortable. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and it was relatively quiet after 23h30.

There is a 3rd party with the name of "Multitemporada" that bombards you with messages after your booking and this can be really irritating. Even after I asked them to please stop the messaging, they still continued. I assume the messages are automated, and I also notified the host about this irritation. After I received another message a day after my check-out, I blocked them on WhatsApp. The accommodation is also a bit expensive compared to other apartments that offer a lot more.

Very big room, Strong wifi (good for work remotely and having video calls), comfortable bed, Working A/C, quiet, close to lots of restaurants and a vibrant areas.

There are some tiny cobwebs on the ceiling but nothing major if you are not scared

Pousada em bairro ótimo, com padaria, cinema e mini shopping bem próximo. Não oferece café da manhã mas tem cozinha equipada com geladeira, forno, fogão e todos os utensílios necessários. Limpeza e roupa de cama ótimos.

This place is amazing. Very cozy, organized and located in a calm and good area. I like the creativity of the decoration. Maria, one of the hostess, was super friendly and nice. It's only a few minutes walk to the beach and it has many bars, cafes and restaurants around.
