Lumen Apartments

The rooms are exceptionally clean, well-equipped for cooking, cozy, not particularly large but very practical and comfortable.

There is no reception on site, so all communication is handled through the app and, if necessary, by contacting the hosts directly by phone.

Very convenient place for starting or ending a trip in Switzerland. Excellent facilities for family stay. Very clean and comfortable 👌

Apartment was new, has all of the appliances that one could need. You can check in the middle of the night without reception or front desk. Be aware that you may receive SMS and you could download JustIN Mobile app in order to receive the digital key for the apartment.

Very spacious accommodations. Comfortable bed. Loved having a kitchen with stove, fridge and microwave. Convenient laundry facilities, Quiet location. Loved the outdoor space.

The check-in was extremely frustrating. Thankfully, we were met at the door upon check-in and given a key. Location requires a car as it’s 20 minutes to downtown Lucerne. Wasn’t an issue for us.

Lumen apartments are great. Very nice parking, bed, shower, kitchen. The only complaint was a drainage smell that was coming out of the kitchen sink. We couldn’t figure it out while we were there but I need to mention that management responded really quick to all my emails or phone calls and offered to send someone to check the smell but we were out all day and only come to the apartment to sleep so we were able to tolerate the smell for a little bit.
