We travel with 2 little kids. The room with sofa bed is big enough to accommodate our family. Kitchen is equipped with everything I need, such as microwave, big refrigerator and dishwasher. What surprises me is all these appliances are very clean, so as bathroom! Although the apartment is not at city center, it is very close to highway interchange. Therefore it is convenient for us to travel around Lucerne area by car. Apartment host is very friendly and can be reached by phone instantly. I will definitely recommend this apartment to booking.com users!

I would suggest international travelers activate the electronic key app at your home country, as the activation code can only be sent to phone number. I had trouble receiving the activation code via international roaming when I was in Switzerland. Likely in last minutes I finally activated the app and obtained the digital key after I continuously tried for two days. We also faced similar challenge when connecting to room wifi, as it also requires activation code sent to phone number. However the signal in room is very weak to get the activation code. It took us sometime to get into our room as the electronic key need wifi connection (the 4G/5G signal inside the apartment is very very weak). Besides, the electronic key only send to one mobile phone. It is not convenient when other family member want to go out, as he/she can not access the room if the electronic key holder doesn’t want to share his/her phone.

Very stylish apartment and building, clean. Very friendly host who helped us when our door key did not connect directly.

We loved the facilities in the apartment. The staff was also very prompt in response.

I wouldn't say we didn't like it but being used to living with many people the faceless reception and the apartment staff was a little odd. However they managed pretty well through the phone. The location of the apartment suits business more than the leisure.
