Room was unclean and customer service was lousy
Staff not friendly. Upon check in, unpaid water bill of the owner, forced the guest to pay before checking in. Unable to communicate with the owner regarding this matter. Of course I did not pay the debt, but it took me sometime before I check in. The room is clean, with WiFi. No hot water and the bathroom sink is clogged.

The room is outdated and badly maintained. The air-conditioning is very old and is badly positioned. The curtains don't really work. There is dust and paint traces everywhere. There is no soap. The bed looks very cheap.
