Good space, lot of places around for visit. Montain view.

Old stuffs and cleaning wasn’t good. Ventilator didn’t work well.

Very secure apartment block, and the apartment itself is huge! Nice to have some outside area with a stunning view of Table Mountain. The kitchen has both a dishwasher and a washing machine. There's also a communal pool. Communication with management was sometimes really quick and sometimes they just ignored my questions... After 4 days, they cleaned the apartment.

I suppose it used to be a high quality apartment, but because of a lack of maintenance, it's currently quite rundown. Lots of stains on the carpet, couches, shower curtain, cushions on the couches... The top floor (where the bedroom is located) becomes very light and hot in the early morning (at around 6.30), because the window blinds don't work well and no outside screens or curtains. And because of outside noise, you cannot sleep with the windows open.

Cleanliness, own space and worth your money

The apartment was big and fantastic

The location, being in the centre of the city turns out is not the most desirable place to stay in Cape Town. The apartment is great it’s just a bit rough of an area.

Just the security on duty who was very helpful

That I was not expected with a confirmed reservation and payment already made There was no electricity, they only paid for it when I was already in the apartment They did NOT know that I had requested to arrive after 8pm although it was in the booking

It’s a great apartment, super clean and very spacious. Great view!
