"Très agréable week-end au centre de Gruyères"

- Chambre spacieuse, bien agencée - Situation géographique parfaite, au centre du village - Personnel très chaleureux - Petit déjeuner copieux même si variété un peu faible - Très bon rapport qualité/prix - Nous avions séjourné il y a quelques années dans exactement la même chambre, la qualité est toujours au rendez-vous

- Nous n'avons pas mangé au restaurant de l'hôtel le soir car à 20h, il y avait peu de choix. Le serveur nous a un peu pressé pour que nous fassions un choix, alors nous sommes partis souper ailleurs.

La ubicación

No funcionaba la calefacción y no hicieron caso cuando lo comenté por lo que no hubo calefacción en la habitación. El desayuno un desastre, no les interesa la comodidad del cliente y se enfadan cuando preguntas por leche que no sea de vaca o sin lactosa. Nada amables

"A one night stay was plenty, we didn’t need to see the same night staff twice."

Good location.

Elevator was not working for our trip upstairs with luggage. Staff elevator was, but staff did not volunteer it. They were really good at saying they were sorry, really good. Very plain Superior Triple Room. One bedroom was through the bathroom. Table with one chair?
