It’s ok for the price. It could be a bit more clean. The lady is very friendly and helpful, but she has no help

THIS IS A SCAM. The name I booked was different than the name of the actual hotel. We checked in at hotel guaracoya and then walked down to a hotel called Anabella. The room looked NOTHING like the pictures. NO HOT WATER. Black tape holding the shower handle together. The tv remotes didn’t work and they didn’t change them. The internet was in and out. I had to turn on the water to the toilet for it to work. HOLES in the walls everywhere. You can hear EVERYTHING going on in the common area and the room next to you. Only one outlet in the whole room. THIS IS THE WORST “HOTEL” I’ve ever been to.

A cama estava sempre limpa e arrumada quando solicitado, mas a construção (Zona colonial) é muito antiga, entao não há possibilidade de estar sempre limpo e impecável. Eu sou a pessoa que nunca reclama de NADA, mas dessa vez fiquei muito infeliz! Água geralmente fria e quarto sem janelas. A internet também funcionava mal. Apenas para dormir cumpriu o que prometia pelo preço, o que me irritou de verdade foi chegar e não ter o quarto que pedi, tentaram me mandar para o hotel da frente, muito diferente do que contratei, além de não ter acessibilidade. Não aceitei e me cobraram 50 dólares a mais para nos acomodar num quarto com duas camas. Estava cansada e não vi opção, mas fiquei muito decepcionada. Exceto pela atenção da Margarita, uma senhora muito atenciosa e gentil que está sempre por lá, a estadia foi horrível.

Terrible experiencia. No había agua en las llaves. La presentación del cuarto era muy diferente (decadente) a la del internet. Los accesorios tuve que salir a buscarlos porque no estaban en el cuarto cuando se supone que ya estaba listo. No lo recomiendo. Pésimo servicio.
