Fantastic showers, beds super comfortable, excellent room facilities, amenities and mini bar. Rooms are immaculately cleaned and presented. Super quiet which was excellent for a great nights sleep. Staff were beyond helpful - we travel a lot and this particular hotel is a standout for brilliant service including the restaurant.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza Danang City Centre. The hotel was extremely comfortable and the overall experience was fantastic. The two-bedroom suite we booked was absolutely flawless—spacious, well-maintained, and perfect for our family stay. The food was excellent throughout, and the staff were very courteous and helpful. One small suggestion would be that the front office team could be a little warmer and more welcoming during interactions. It would also be very helpful if the hotel offered a currency exchange facility for guests. Apart from that, everything else was perfect. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Da Nang.

We had requested early check-in almost a month in advance, however my family still had to wait nearly 4 hours for the room to be ready. The front office staff were not very helpful during this time and did not provide clear updates. They could have informed us earlier that an early check-in fee might apply — we would have happily paid it rather than waiting for several hours. Better communication and assistance from the front office team would have made the experience much smoother.
