Perfect spot for a weekend get away, we loved our stay! The staff was friendly and very responsive, and the room felt like a true oasis.

Great location. Pepe and Angeles were very helpful and were readily available to answer any questions about the neighborhood/city. The rooms and common areas are beautifully designed. Le Labo toiletries, Smart TV, and abundant natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows.

The property was beautiful and I loved the nice little touches provided within the room.

Our AC wasn't working both nights and on our first night there was quite substantially large black stain on the sheets by the pillow. While the guy who worked the evening shift was super nice and understanding, I had mentioned the AC not working while checking out in the morning and the lady was not very accommodating. Each room is ~$400 per night, I expect far more from a place like this and didn't feel like the service lived up to the standards either especially given the incovenience we experienced.

The location was absolutely perfect and felt very safe in the area. I also loved how attentive Pepe was and the beautiful guide they shared with us during our stay.

Wish there was more stable wi-fi as we were on the 3rd floor and working from home a few days during our stay and noticed the wi-fi was going in and out.
