architecturally beautiful. gorgeous design. spacious. safe and welcoming. there was a real feeling of space and freedom . The location was perfect The staff go out of their way to help. Very responsive and kind

This was the most expensive of our hotels in CDMX and so we had expected this would be the best experience, but it was not - the value for money was poor and there were small things that could be improved. Fridge made a very loud noise on & off all night. Staff could have been more welcoming. Corner cupboard above bed is a hazard, hit my head multiple times at night.

The hotel is beautiful! The service is excellent. I was using whatsup to communicate with staff and they would immediately fulfill my requests or answer my questions. The location is quiet but close to many things!

Octavia Casa is a gem - from start to finish. The building itself is exquisitely designed from the atrium in the lobby to room furnishings. The staff was helpful throughout the day and immediately attentive to our every travel need. They even set up the most cozy happy hour every evening - drinks, nibbles, scented candles and music - which was always appreciated. And then our room: comfortable beds, immaculately cleaned (twice a day by staff we never saw) and equipped with any food/drink/tech amenity you could think of. After spending time in several 5* hotels that always seem to rely on their name rather than their service, I think a stay at Octavia Casa is a bargain for what you get. I would stay here again and will be recommending it to any network.
