The place is pet friendly.

I didn't want to write this but booking.com has sent me the same request every week now for 4 weeks to write this so here it goes. The parking lot wasn't plowed nor the parking spaces. There was about an inch of ice on top of 3 inches of snow so every car coming in and out was sliding around and spinning their tires trying to gain traction. It is impossible to walk the dog like that, Im an athletic person and I slipped multiple times + the danger of the cars having no control. The view outside my window was covered up by a bunch of rolled up urine scented carpets and my air conditioner was sucking that nasty scent in during my stay because no one moved the rugs. I used the air conditioning unit for heat, and it was putting out hot air, but it smelled like they dumped a bottle of bleach in the unit to try and mask the animal urine smell from the carpets outside. My sink definitely had blood spatter and a big blood drip from a previous client. So did the bed sheets. Luckily I always bring my own blankets. The one chair provided in the room by the desk has a huge stain on the cushion, like a sex stain or urine stain. I got charged a fee at the desk for bringing my pet even tho I booked it with a pet fee online. The only good part really was that I was leaving in the morning so it was only one dreadful piss scented night. It cost me more than a place I gave 5 stars to the night before, I was traveling and stayed in a few different hotels on the east coast, this one somehow cost the most, offered the least, and was by far the dirtiest and most dangerous place I've stayed. If it wasn't -15°F I would have asked for a refund and slept in my truck. I've provided pictures of everything except the parking lot.

The room seemed like it had never been cleaned. Floor was broken. Facet in the shower leaked constantly. Two TVs, neither worked and the remote had one battery missing. The property is dirty nasty ghetto and the pool looks like a covered swamp that hasn’t been touched since the time of Jesus. I’ll spend the extra $20 to not stay here again.

There were roaches under the sind scattered all over the floor when we entered the room i recorded them with my phone and asked for a refund

Nasty, dirty front door also did not open all the way i had to use my body weight to push it open

atmosphere of hotel, room was awful with holes in bathroom door, dresser drawer hanging, only 2 washcloths and one was stained. Not what we had expected for that location.

I booked online and selected to pay at the hotel, and got there to find, they'd given away my room and sent me to motel 6 owned by the Same people but charged me more.

Nothing

Room was trashed . Smelled like mold and cigarettes, even though it was a non smoking room. The mini fridge for the room was out on the side walk . The manager just made excuses like it was normal it was disgusting. The lady at the front dest switched me to another room when the manager refused. There were holes in the wall roach traps everywhere. The absolute worst hotel experience ever. I know what to expect when getting cheap hotels on the road for work. This was not that . The room should be condemned. The fact that they tried to put in there is ridiculous.

Horrible go see for yourself how bad it is they should refund me worst hotel on the East Coast Everyone needs to be fired
