Расположение

Грязное постельное белье при заселении, не было никаких полотенец в номере при заселении. Не давали на завтрак фрукты все дни нашего пребывания, хотя в другие даты заселения давали и они указаны в меню завтрака. Плавающий завтрак указан 100.000, на месте персонал просил 150.000, пока не показали им переписку со стоимостью 100.000. Заказывали 3 дня подряд плавающий завтрак. Один раз не украсили его, просто поставили чашки и тарелки, без листьев и цветов. Бронировала плавающий завтрак за несколько дней до начала. Поэтому в целом отношение и организация не понравилась.

Расположение

Мы предупредили о заселении вечером, но по приезду в номере не было никаких полотенец. И на ресепшене тоже не могли выдать полотенца, т.к.они не взяли их из стирки. Не работал холодильник в номере. На завтрак в меню написано, что дают порцию фруктов на человека, но нам сказали у вас не будет фруктов, ни сегодня, ни завтра. Завтраки и так скудные, можно сказать никакие. Нет связи с хозяином отеля, были вопросы и притензии к готовности номеров при заселении.

We were lucky to get the top floor with Rice field view which was nice! Helpful staff & nice pool area, needs new lounge chairs though

Bathroom is not the best They have cups in room but no coffee etc? Limited towels, no hand towel etc
