The outside kitchen and barbecue on a private patio was lovely and the location to the beach was amazing. The property was decorated to a great standard and there were lovely touches eg wine, toiletries, snacks, beer, milk, coffee and treats for our dog

The sofa and bedding did not feel to be of a high quality

Lovely location opposite the beach , June was really friendly and the cottage is dog friendly. The excellent weather made all the difference.

One small niggle, there were no short cups/ mugs to fit under the coffee pod machine.

The cabin was fantastic.. Clean and smart with absolutely everything you could need for your stay.. Sharon was a great host absolutely brilliant 😊.. Would definitely stay again

Nothing to dislike

Devine, thoughtful host, wine & beer provided for our arrival and treats for dogs, excellent communication throughout, tastefully decorated and finish to an exceptionally high standard, perfect location for dog walks restaurants and beach. Parking on site which is rare and an added bonus. Lovely private courtyard garden with amenities and garden furniture. We very much enjoyed our visit.

Great little cabin close to beach on Hayling Island. Was smaller than expected and we anticipated being a bit closer to the sea, but the facilities were great and the host was kind. Well located to explore the Solent and South Downs. We'd recommend.
