On a positive note, staff were quick to respond when we contacted them, which we appreciated. The balcony was also a really nice feature, and the fridge freezer was a great size. The utensils provided were good quality too.

The caravan itself was quite worn, with noticeable general damage throughout. Cleanliness was also a bit inconsistent, with several areas missed and quite a few pen marks around, which made it feel like it could do with a bit more care and attention overall. There was some confusion around the WiFi. The paid option stated it wasn’t suitable for streaming, while elsewhere it suggested that it was. This seemed more like a website issue than the owner, but still worth noting. There was some mould present, which isn’t unusual for caravans but does need careful management. We also had some concerns about existing damage and, given how quickly guests rotate, we weren’t fully confident there was an up-to-date record, so we took photos on arrival for peace of mind. We were moved from a 3-bedroom to a 2-bedroom unless we changed location entirely. While we understand things happen, we felt a discount or the option of a free cancellation would have been more appropriate in that situation. A few smaller issues added up during the stay: Booking details arrived later than expected The balcony deck chairs couldn’t be used as the key didn’t fit Some minor safety issues (e.g. a protruding nail and sharp edges) resulted in clothing being damaged The listing mentioned shampoo and shower gel, but only shower gel was provided We also found that booking directly with the park may offer better value, as some included benefits appear to be missing when booking through a third party. Summary: While this may sound quite critical, we did have a nice stay overall. It’s simply easier to point out areas for improvement than to highlight what met expectations. With a bit more attention to maintenance and detail, this could be a much better experience. We would consider returning, but would likely book directly with the park next time (We've added a mixture of good and bad photos which we think describes our experience well)

Lovely location looking onto one of the ponds. For once in a caravan the bed was very comfortable!!

A little worn in places but no real issue

The host was amazing we had to stay longer the expected as my mother was taken seriously ill and Alison allowed us to stay longer we will be forever thankful
