I just visited Hotel 11 yesterday and i am amazed with their services at this price range Highly recommend for an economical stay and there staff is very cooperative withh the Guest

Did not like anything. Rooms are different then photos on booking.com

Rooms were used, and they did not clean properly. Smoking astry full of cigarette butts. Pillow and bed sheets have red stains. Lights were off for 15 minutes. I need to go to reception to tell them to start the generator .

I did not like anything there

Non-professional reception staff. Light goes off, I need to tell them to turn on the generator. The room was used, and cigarette buds were still there. I booked for two days, but check out in 1 day. Bed sheets and pillow covers have stains. I don't think it is a 3-star property. Not recommended it all.
