Apartamento bem iluminado, bem localizado, próximo a praia com farmácias, padarias e restaurantes no entorno. Com 2 quartos e 2 banheiros fica confortável.

Limpeza deficiente, janela da cozinha engordurada, vaso sanitário entope fácil, roupa de cama mal lavada, sofá em mau estado e havia uma barata no quarto. Provavelmente por causa do ralo que não pode ser fechado. Estava muito quente e na sala não tinha ar condicionado.

"Pérola em João Pessoa"

Apartamento novo, com localização excelente, no coração de João Pessoa, se faz tudo a pé, lojas, restaurantes, feirinhas, etc, além de ficar bem próximo da praia. Camas muito confortáveis, limpas e cheirosas. A piscina fica na cobertura, junto com a academia. Comunicação com administradores muito boa.

Não tem micro-ondas. Limpeza deve ser melhorada.
