My bed was extremely comfortable and I enjoyed the hot water. I really enjoyed my stay and I will be back soon.

I didn't feel comfortable at this property. We had been traveling around the Caribbean for three weeks, and this was our last, fifth island. I was hoping for something more, as it was our last four nights before returning home, and it was the most expensive. My review will be subjective. At check-in, I had to sign a list of items, towels, etc., in the room. I felt like a potential thief... It happened to be Valentine's Day, and the receptionist spoke English that was barely understandable to us, making no effort to speak clearly. We understood that the gift the hotel had prepared for guests for Valentine's Day was for one for each. I asked if we could take one for each, and from her statement, I understood that we could, but then she backtracked on leaving, saying that the gift was for one for the whole family. We had to return two. That wasn't very nice... All the guests had breakfast at the hotel, the receptionist didn't explain whether breakfast was included in the price, and we didn't eat... We were with our 8-year-old daughter, and there was no towel for her in the room or for the pool. The cleaning lady was very nice, as were the two receptionists, but the third receptionist didn't try hard to make us feel like guests and treated us in a patronizing manner.
