Where to begin… first thing the ambience, cleanliness, lighting, location and customer service was exceptional. Ms Camille warmly welcomed us while she shapely process checking us in smoothly without hassle or haste being a group of 14 persons. She send another staff who was so patient to show us the rooms which we booked. So 5star for that. Ms Heather who was so warm and friendly cleaned our rooms very thoroughly meeting our needs, we didn’t hesitate to tip her for her hard work cleaning all four rooms (towels, toiletries, linen changed and we even used their laundry service which we rate 5 star ( clothing neatly folded and timely returned to us within the very same day$60 per load) u name it she got the job done. Nice meeting u Ms Heather u are a great asset to this establishment. Not forgetting to mention the clerk oh gosh your name I can’t remember… the slim clerk with glasses who wears a smile at all times and greet u always… u were so patient and calm and suited for the position you currently hold. My family enjoyed our stay,we felt safe which was a major concern to us when we book places. At no time we felt otherwise. Parking accommodations was great also. Oh and that daily tea station was useful. The door bells on all the room doors.. d peep hole… the card swipe… the hot and cold water.. the pool for adults and also being accommodated for the littlest child… d swing..d gazebo.. d outside shower listen i rate everything 5star. Sorry for being long however I recommend after reading you wouldn’t be disappointed to think twice to book this place . It’s even close to the airport. Late check out was also an option if u having flight delays like we did. Thanks for your hospitality towards my family and look out for future booking from us.

Great, clean and quiet

Third time is a charm! I love everything about this property! Once it is maintained, it will always be my top choice for a place to stay in Tobago.

The night of the 26 there were no water had to shower outside that was not good thank you

The an accommodations were perfect. We decided to get back closer to the airport And came upon the Inn. Everything from the staff to the pristine room, extremely comfy bed, bedding and pillows. We were very happy with our stay. The location was extremely close to everything and they staff also helped set us up with Frankie’s tour to nylon pool Which was also convenient.

Minor issue with ants in bathroom but it’s a tropical island so expected as long as pest Control is maintained.

the staff was very helpful and friendly with suggestions of places to go and helping to organize.
