This hotel is a 10/10, HIGHLY Recommend this one! It’s such a beautiful hotel, outdoors and indoors with great amenities including WiFi! But what made it a perfect stay, were the staff. ABSOLUTELY amazing staff working in this hotel. Thank you so much for the food recommendations, assistance with taxis, and even driving us to the airport for our very early flight! The only thing that was a bit of an issue would be the shower drain, it would flood in the shower and the water ran out into the room.

Room was beautiful & clean. Bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and great shower! The hotel itself was also very beautiful

Staff was very courteous,clean enviironment pool was splended, the kitchen was equip with all the necessary utensil

In the washroom the toilet was abit ackward

The property was quiet, the pool and customer service was great, the surroundings was well kept and clean

Check-in was quick and very easy. My request for a room on the ground floor was accommodated without any hassle. I would stay at PeSheres again abd recommend ot to my friends and family.

The property made for a good stay.The access to the pool and accessories made it excellent if you had to do some hosting.

The rooms were clean and spacious, our stay was very comfortable.

The little pool should have been heated to allow us to spend more time in the pool. The water was very cold.

The staff was very friendly, room was clean no odors air conditioner worked well which is necessary and room had ceiling fans which was a plus if you done like A/C. Thomas was the absolute best he is what you call a staff member who goes above and beyond for you ad a guest staying here he helped with our tour at Nylon Pool which was last minute on my end to go but he worked it out and me and my son enjoyed his birthday and our stay he gave really good and safe recommendations places to eat and have a some good drinks! Tia was very nice as well. Also the water was warm and nice no cold showers

The only downer is that after 11pm there is no one at desk until the am and I forgot my key in room while putting out garbage luckily my son opened the door for me

Beautiful building, room, and pool. Walkable to dining and convince store. Staff is professional and helpful. Our Standard room came with two very comfortable queen beds. Our toilet flashing was a little dysfunctional but able to manage. Mini fridge was cool but didn't kept drinks cold. Note: Laundry is pay service (1 load 60TT). No smoking at facility ground/common area/room.
