Had a confirmed reservation when i reached the property at mid night after long day of drive i found the main gate was cordon off by authorities sealed . Kept on trying calling sent emails in middle of night in a new city sitting in my car all alone on empty street - I had no other option but to make another booking in nearby other hotel and cancel this one but the option of free cancellation was not available and charged for no show . How on earth a hotel charge for no show to a guest who showed up but hotel itself was closed down.

When I entered in washroom it was a small snake in commode. That I flushed 5 times. I called reception they didn’t answer. No hot waters at all. I had to take shower with cold water and it was extremely cold. They said there is breakfast buffet but juices when I saw last night it was the same not even updated at all. I asked for bread and jam, they didn’t have jam and butter available. So forcefully only omelet, bread and channay were available. Lied by reception here.

PKI stayed here with my family and we had a really great experience. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and had a nice luxurious feel to it. The room was well maintained and everything was properly arranged. The staff was also very polite and cooperative which made the stay even better. The environment was peaceful and relaxing, and overall it felt like a perfect place to stay for a short trip.
Honestly there was nothing major to complain about. Our stay was smooth and comfortable.
