"Good location, terrible room without a view - it made me feel claustrophobic."

The location was perfect and the facilities were very well kept.

I was extremely disappointed in the room we were assigned. When I booked, the room had a balcony with a view, which was very important to us. When I got there, our view was of a fence. I never would've booked here had I known that.
