A good choice for family with three older children. Spotlessly clean accomodation with balcony overlooking the port. Great location, everything we needed was within walking distance.

Understanding staff and possibility to change the room.

The original room we received was located on top of very loud bar and clubs. Impossible to sleep at night. Luckily the staff helped us immediately to change apartment, to a more quiet area. A room like this should not be on the market.

Exactly in the centre of Chania. Amazing big room, with 2 bathrooms and very clean. Breakfast was good too, but in another place, 5 minutes of walking, not a big issue though. Highly recommended. I'll choose it again for my next stay in Chania.

The location is excellent, the room was clean and well equipped, staff was polite.

The main reason for the low score was the sleep quality. There was loud music, noise and vibration from the beat of the music, because the room is located above a bar. Myself and my husband were not able to sleep, while my kids slept quite well as they are not generally bothered by noise when they sleep. The other issue is that the room does not have any windows to open if you wish to get some fresh air. This can be done only by opening the front door which is not practical. Lastly (but not very important for us as we only used the room for a few hours) the WiFi speed was very low.

Wonderful location with view of harbor from shared balcony. Steps from waterfront, dining, shopping,atm, and convenience. 5 minute walk to heart of Chanda old town. Absolutely wonderful!

This place is great! There is a club right underneath, so you can hear that late into the night, but it didn’t bother us at all. The room was nicely updated, beautiful room. All of the staff is amazing and kind, and the shuttle driver was so nice, as well.
