Hoi An Delicacy Hotel & Spa

The staff were welcoming and informative. They greeted us each day by our names which is a lovely touch. Hotel is tastefully decorated, very clean and the restaurant menu was very nice.

The pool area is smaller in real life than it appears in the photos. Although the hotel is close to the ancient town, you have to battle with the traffic since the pavements are blocked with parked mopeds. This is not the responsibility of the hotel, but we ended up taking taxis into the centre to avoid the this.

Proximity to old city was great. Very clean facilities and superb kind helpful staff in particular Chloe and Rachel. Room was good, huge very comfortable bed, great air conditioning and fast Internet. Pool was a welcome relief from the heat. Great spa on site plus others in the near vicinity.

The room is a bit small

Gorgeous property from lobby and breakfast room and pool area to the room with balcony as well. So well done - the colors and vibe are on point. They will really take care of anything and everything you need. Victor and Susan in particular really make you feel so at home from luggage and luggage to history of the city, any room needs etc.

Large two level duplex suite with nice views of pool and surrounding area. Free bike rental. Superb breakfast!

Absolutely amazing stay . Staff are amazing beautiful people made our stay in Hoi an effortless. booked a snorkel trip fantastic. The pool is the best so cool when returning from the old town. Amazing coffee at Delicacy as best as anywhere in Hoi an. Thank you Delicacy
