Our early‑morning flight to Rome at 7:00 a.m. was truly saved thanks to the outstanding assistance of the young man at the front desk, and very grateful for his help. We were in the lobby at 5:00 a.m. waiting for the same cab company that had dropped us off the day before, but the driver never arrived. At 5:30 a.m., the hotel staff promptly called a taxi for us, and thanks to their quick action, we reached the airport with enough time to comfortably make our flight. Their professionalism and care made all the difference.
