Hotel Boutique Can Pocovi

Location of the Hotel is perfect for exploring the beautiful village with a few wonderful eateries and bakery’s. It’s also close to the very scenic east coast beaches and several good golf courses. Our suite in the hotel was stand alone from the hotel and is beautiful large and with a fabulous bathroom and upstairs a small private pool.

We booked 7 nights b&b the breakfast choices were very poor, no local ingredients no fresh fruit that was seasonal for the beginning of July melons peaches nectarines berries were not to be seen. The Bread was either to hard and dry to eaten fresh or when toasted it was inedible. There were meats cheeses and yogurts that seemed to come from a local Lidl or Aldi . In the seven nights spent at the hotel we only had 3 attempts at breakfast it was so poor, even having a cup of tea was problematic no semi skimmed milk. Our suite had its own pool and sun terrace with Sun lounger and chairs, 2 days prior to arrival I spoke with someone at the hotel about shading around our pool and terrace only to be told that it would be fine. There is absolutely no shade from 11 am until 9 at night and made the use of the facilities very limited. We had many exchanges with the hotel manager to no avail we believe that their hands are tied as regards spend , most staff had great difficulty understanding English but they tried too help us as best they could.As you can see from the Photos the pool area will soon be overlooked by the property opposite, the curtains don’t fit and no shade.

One of the nicest places I've ever stayed! Cosy, stylish, clean. In a not too touristical mountain surrounded town. Of course, the infinity pool was the highlight of the stay!

Breakfast may take a while if there are more vacationers eating at the same time.

Absolutely everything! The room was well appointed and exactly as described, very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel grounds were lovely, with a gorgeous lush garden and the rooftop pool area was fantastic. The area is very quiet and quaint, but there are a few great restaurants walking distance and then the rest of the island is only 30-40 mins away. Breakfast was laid back and delicious, and we can’t compliment the staff enough. Would return ASAP!

It’s a beautifully renovated property with charming, modern rooms. The location is convenient for exploring the northeast corner of Mallorca. Parking is as described, free and easy to find. Fresh-squeezed orange juice at breakfast was delicious.

With a IG motto of calma • calidez • tradición an expectation was set for this property. Our experience fell short. Upon arrival in the late afternoon, loud drills were being used in the structure across the courtyard from our room. After inquiring about what was to be described as maintenance, we decided to go to the rooftop to lounge by the pool for a bit of quiet. There, the incessant rumble of the refrigeration further undermined calm. Our room, while clean, had two dry cleaning tags stapled to the underside of the floor rug. One of the staples had loosened and was honestly a small shock to step on. The next day, the heretofore anonymous staff member was gracious enough to offer us, via WhatsApp text, a bottle of wine for the inconvenience of the noise. A kind gesture and a sign of great hospitality, for which we were grateful. After a day of enjoying the area, we arrived to find a non-functioning shower. A picture of the error message on the electrically controlled shower panel was sent via WhatsApp. A series of exchanges via text and eventually a call on our part to help clarify our situation was answered. At no point was it acknowledged that this was a considerable inconvenience. In fact, we were reminded that the hotel does not offer on-site staff. Regardless, a maintenance person arrived, replaced the electric shower panel, and after a few hours, we could shower and contemplate the rest of our evening. Upon check out the next morning, no regret seemed apparent about our shower. On the contrary, it seemed a great gesture on the part of the hotel that the maintenance could be done at all. Regarding the honor bar system, unfortunately, our room number was noted as a consumer of a beverage we didn’t and wouldn’t consume. Perhaps the property could add a column requiring the last name of the associated room number to deter mistakes in the future. The hotel might also contemplate a bit more how guest relations, hospitality, and staffing intersect at the property

Spacious rooms, delicious breakfast and a beautiful rooftop pool.

The room was very clean and had lots of natural light. The courtyard was extremely tranquil. The breakfast was delicious and we had a wide variety to choose from.

Beautiful and comfortable room, nice garden and rooftop with hanging swimming poool.

This traditional village is located more inland.
